In the course of someone making an enquiry, booking a place on an event or ordering a book, some or all of the following information is provided directly by yourself to ensure the enquiry is processed effectively – your name, email address, sometimes you provide a telephone number should you wish me to phone you and in the case of book purchases an address is provided should the product be posted. This information is never shared with any third party.
3) What your data is used for
Your data is used only to contact you regarding forthcoming events and new products. Should you pay by Paypal no financial information is provided to me. I do NOT:
– Have any access to the financial information input to Paypal;
– Share your data with any other organisation, nor do I intend to do so;
– Keep your email address and contact data if you have expressly asked us to delete it.
I do not share any information with third parties or partner organisations. Your information is available only to Go London Tours
When I contact you for information or marketing purposes there is always provision to advise if you wish to be removed from the mailing list.
For accounting purposes records of bookings or purchases will continue to be stored.
Currently Go London Tours has Paypal provision for the purchase of products/books.
